40th Anniversary Concert

This is a very special concert, commemorating 40 years  of the Chatham Community Band. The concert will feature the premiere of “Con Spirito” commissioned and written for the band’s anniversary by widely published composer Chris Bernotas. Mr. Bernotas will conduct this exciting new piece, and deliver an engaging pre-concert lecture at 3:30 p.m. For more information on the composer, see chrisbernotas.com.

The Chatham Community Band, under the direction of Brian Conti, is comprised of 45 musicians from Chatham and neighboring towns. The concert is appropriate for all ages and will include a medley of Sinatra tunes, songs from Wicked, a medley of big band tunes, patriotic songs, and lively marches. In the spirit of supporting the arts and community engagement, donations are suggested and may be made at the door or via the band’s website here.
