The band provides a unique opportunity to area residents to share their love of music and improve their musical skills. By day, band members come from all walks of life and include business people, students, retirees, lawyers, programmers, teachers and salespeople. The band currently has over 55 members. Ranging in age from 17 to 72, band members are connected by their love of music and desire to share it with others.
A non
profit organization, the band is given
rehearsal space in Chatham
High School
through the Chatham-Madison-Florham
Park Adult school, which receives tuition
payments from band members. The band is
grateful for ongoing financial support
by the Chatham Borough and Chatham Township
Recreation Departments, Chatham Jaycees,
Rotary Club of Chatham, Kiwanis Club of
the Chathams, and the Chamber of Commerce
of the Chathams. The band also receives
support from our patrons, the Friends
of the Band.
